What is the name of the Hotel, when was photograph taken and who was the photographer?

Label on back gives "Hotel at NAMUR, Belgium." Internet research reveals that this is situated in the Place, de l'Ange, in Namur. Current online images indicate hotel now demolished and replaced by housing. The second car on right is from UK, and maybe this belonged to the photographer. This is speculation! See also 107 / Bu 043 probably taken by same person, possible on same holiday.
